Ms. Priyanka Ramjagsingh
Priyanka is a HealthTech startup operator, women’s health advocate and Operations Director at Rellia Health. With nearly 10 years of experience implementing compliance strategies, building and scaling medical devices from concept to market, she has held regulatory and operations leadership roles at pioneering women's health companies including Halo Dental Technologies, Béa Fertility and Current Health. Holding an MSc in Medical Engineering from the University of Leeds, Priyanka is passionate about leveraging FemTech innovation to improve health equity and expand access to women's healthcare across the Caribbean region.

Dr. Erissa Cuffie, MBBS, MRCP(UK)
Erissa is a dedicated medical oncologist in training with nearly a decade of experience in clinical medicine. Throughout her career, she has demonstrated a strong commitment to patient-centered care, combining clinical expertise with compassion to improve outcomes for individuals facing complex medical conditions. Her journey in medicine has been shaped by a deep sense of purpose, to serve people at some of their most vulnerable moments. With a growing focus on oncology, Dr. Cuffie is particularly interested in advancing cancer care through evidence-based practice, research and multidisciplinary collaboration. She is passionate about improving access to quality cancer treatment and addressing disparities in healthcare, especially within the Caribbean region.

Dr. Ashia Wheeler- Crawford, PhD
Ashia is currently a Postdoctoral Fellow at York University, where she investigates sex differences in adipose tissue biology. She began her professional journey as an educator before pursuing a MSc. at University of Nottingham. After five years in the pharmaceutical industry, she returned to Nottingham to complete her PhD, focusing on identifying therapeutic targets for triple-negative breast cancer (TNBC), an aggressive subtype that disproportionately affects Black women.

Ms. Arleana Rajkumar
Arleana is a strategic ecosystem builder with over 7 years of experience working at the intersection of innovation and strategy. With a background in both Health Sciences and Innovation Management, she brings a multidisciplinary lens to forming strategic partnerships that fuel growth and community. Passionate about Health Tech and FemTech, she champions inclusive entrepreneurship and creates spaces where women and underrepresented founders feel seen and supported.
